After proudly opening for business in late 2023 (Florida), Family First Roofing Group LLC will no longer be accepting new business, as our full focus is now on completing all outstanding roofing projects we’ve already committed to.

We are incredibly grateful to be part of such a supportive roofing community. Thanks to the collaboration of over seven roofing companies, manufacturers, and distributors, and community leaders we are working diligently to ensure that all existing projects are completed with the same quality and care our customers expect.

We kindly ask for your patience during this transition. Our team is in the process of personally reaching out to each customer to explain the next steps and timeline for completing your project.

What Happened?

We want to be transparent with our community and customers about what led to our decision to close operations.

In our efforts to grow rapidly, we expanded too quickly and, unfortunately, placed our trust in the wrong individuals to manage new locations. This resulted in significant financial loss due to internal embezzlement—costing us hundreds of thousands of dollars. As a result, we were forced to promptly shut down those satellite offices and begin the process of refunding affected customers from our main office in Port St. Lucie, FL.

While our core business in Port St. Lucie was thriving, the financial burden of processing refunds and taking out lines of credit to honor our commitments began to strain our operations. Despite our best efforts to complete as many projects as possible, we ultimately exhausted our resources and had to ask for help.

That help came in the form of remarkable support from within the roofing community. Several companies stepped in selflessly, and we are especially grateful to Richie Colleti, whose dedication has been instrumental in helping complete the remaining projects. Thanks to this collaboration, we estimate that all outstanding roofs will be completed from oldest to most recent.

We deeply appreciate the patience and understanding from everyone who has reached out. There is nothing more important to us than honoring every commitment we've made—even to the many customers who were unknowingly signed under our company name through fraudulent activity.

We remain committed to doing everything in our power to finish every project quickly, professionally, and with the integrity that our name was built on.
